Pokemon Journeys (My Version)

On a bright and sunny day and the sun is shining bright, Mew and her friends continue on the road to Ecruteak City, but then storm clouds gather and rain drops fall. As soon as it starts to pour, everyone rushes to find shelter.

"It looks like it's gonna be a big one! Better find someplace that's safe!" Misty says.

Soon, they stop near a tree, and soon lightning strikes from the sky.

"This is bad! We've gotta get inside!" Brock says.

"Good idea, but where?" Mew replies.

Soon, Pikachu and Eevee spot something. Everyone turns to the right and sees a castle. With no other option, everyone heads towards the ominous looking castle.

Brock then uses the Zubat knocker to knock and calls out, "Hello?! Is anybody here?! We just want to get out of the storm!"

However, no one's answering the door.

"Must be empty," Tomo says.

"Skwov Skwov," (That's just our luck.) Skwovet replies and leans to the door, and it soon opens.

"The door's open," Brock says.

Jen and Molly hug Mew's legs, a little frightened.

Everyone soon enters the castle.

Mew calls out, "Hello?"

"Pika!" (Hello!) Pikachu calls out.

"This looks like a palace," Misty says.

"Well, whatever it is, we're safe," Brock says.

"Yeah," Molly agrees.

Soon, a lightning flash makes everyone jump, and a scream is soon heard.

"Did, you just hear that?" Misty asks, frightened.

"It sounded like somebody screaming!" Brock says.

Soon, the scream is heard again, and notices a hallway.

"It's coming from down there!" Brock says.

"Come on!" Mew says.

Everyone but Misty, Molly, and Jen remain behind.

Then Misty calls out, "Hey, wait for us!"

Then the others follow.

Everyone rushes down the hall, but the scream freezes them in their tracks with terror.

"It must be a torture chamber!" Brock says, frightened.

Mew then says, "We gotta save that guy before it's too late!"

Everyone soon rushes over and Mew opens the door, "Okay, hold it right…"

However, they find that the source turns out to be people receiving medical care from the Pokemon. There's a Machoke's Strength used for chiropractic massages, Spinarak's web used as a bandage, and Mareep's electricity running through someone like a low-voltage muscle stimulant machine.

"Hey, what's going on here?" Tomo asks.

"Loetta?" (What?) Meloetta says, confused.

Among them is a woman with pink hair and green eyes, dressed in a medical coat and holding a clipboard.

She turns to notice the group of friends, "Oh? You must be here for a treatment session. We're pretty busy today. Do you have an appointment?"

"An appointment?" Misty questions.

"No, we don't. We came to get outta the storm," Mew says.

And Brock approaches the girl, "I'm so glad we did. Hi, pleased to meetcha! My name's Brock, but you may prefer to call me by an affectionate nickname that matches my most endearing personality trait!"

Well... I…" The woman sheepishly says.

And Brock continues, "If you like strength! Call me Rocko Brocko! Romantic? Try lover. Or Brocky, anything! You can call me any name that fits me! Well, what would you like to call me?"

"Why don't you try, insane?" Misty questions.

"Let's start with Brock. And I'm Dr Anna," The woman says.

And Brock quickly says, "Oh, you're a Doctor! I've finally found the perfect person to examine my heart, cure my loneliness... and treat me with LOVE!"

Everyone sighs in reply. Soon, a nurse with orange hair with blue eyes enters the room.

"Doctor? We're ready for the Zubat scan," The nurse says.

In the room, there is a Zubat with a ribbon flying overhead, providing a scan on the patient beneath it.

Dr. Anna says, "I have some good news, your scan looks perfectly clear. There's no need to worry."

"That's great news, Doctor," The patient says.

"You just need to relax. Why don't you get a Machoke massage while you're here?" Dr. Anna replies.

Will do," The patient says.

And Dr. Anna says, "Right this way."

Mew and the others watch Zubat overhead, Dr. Anna leads the patient to another table.

"Amazing. It's like an ultrasound checkup," Brock says.

Ultrasound checkup?" Molly questions.

"I've never heard of it," Mew says.

Brock explains, "She uses Zubat's Supersonic sound waves to examine her patients and check their internal health."

"Pika." (Awesome.) Pikachu says.

Dr. Anna also explains, "We don't only use Zubat. We use the special abilities of a number of Pokemon in diagnosing and treating medical problems here. Machoke's super strength is perfect for chiropracting, Spinarak's web makes a very effective bandage, and Mareep's electricity runs out low voltage muscle stimulators. The Pokemon and I work together."

Zoon, Dr. Anna's Zubat lands on her shoulder.

"Right, Mimi?" Dr. Anna says.

The Zubat, Mimy squeaks in agreement.

Then Misty asks, "Why do you work here instead of a hospital, Dr. Anna?"

"The owner of this castle was my patient, and when she moved away, she let me set up my clinic here. And did you say your friend is lost here?" Dr. Anna says.

Soon, the nurse walks over, "Dr. Anna? It's time to make your rounds."

"Well, back to work. I'll look for your friends while I'm out," Anna says. Then turns to Mimi, "Time to go, Mimi."

Mimy squeaks in reply.

But Brock calls out, "DR. ANNA DON'T GO! I may not be a Doctor, or live in a castle, but there's one important thing we have in common! ZUBAT, I CHOOSE YOU!"

Ans Zubat comes out of the Pokeball.

"So, you have a Zubat too, Brock," Dr. Anna replies.

Mimi flies up to meet and greet Brock's Zubat.

"Look! They're a perfect team! Just like we could be, Dr. Anna! I can see us now, working hand in hand with our Zubat all for the good of humanity!" Brock happily says.

"Well..." Dr. Anna replies.

Misty giggles, "That's gonna be tough, Brock. Zubat don't have any hands."

Mew and the others laugh sheepishly.

"Well, at least let me thank you for sheltering us by letting my Zubat and I assist you on your rounds. Come on, Doctor. We can't lose our patience," Brock says

"But, I…" Dr. Anna stammers as Brock pushes her to the exit with the two Zubats flying from behind.

"Hey, you never know. Maybe those two will make a really good match," Mew replies.

"You must mean the Zubat," Misty says.

Molly then turns to Mew, "Hey Mew, I'm getting kind of hungry."

"Me too," Tomo says.

"And me," Jen replies.

"When that big storm came up, we forgot all about eating," Misty says.

Meanwhile, elsewhere near the back of the castle, Team Rocket has sneaked inside to look around.

James asks, "We could have knocked on the front door. Why did we have to sneak in the back way?"

"It's what all the villains do, James!" Jessie answers.

"It's bettah dis way, I get tah pussyfoot around, and I'm good at it!" Meowth says.

They soon hear something, causing them to panic.

"Which one of you was making that sound?" Jessie asks.

"It wasn't us, Jess!" Meowth answers.

Soon, the sound gets louder as Jessie looks around behind her and the group and they see a terrifying shadow on the wall.

Jessie asks in fright, "What is it?!"

And soon the sound and the shadow reveals to be Wobbuffet.

And the patient Pokemon says, "WOOOBBUFFET!" (BOOO!)

And the three are not pleased to see him.

"I should have known it was you," Jessie says, irritated.

"Wobbuhhhh!" (Sorry.) Wobbuffet apologizes before Jessie returns him to his Pokeball.

"It's a good thing I don't scare easy," James says.

Suddenly, Meowth says, "Hey! I smell something!"

Team Rocket follows the smell and finds a banquet waiting for them.

Jessie bites into an apple, "Immmm, mmmm, mmmm! We're so lucky!"

"WOBBUHHH!" (Sure are!) Wobbuffet says.

Happiny who is sitting on Wobbuffet's head, happily says, "Happiny!" (Very lucky!)

James comes walking by with a big sack of food slung over his shoulder as he grins, "With this much food, we could eat for a week!"

"WOBBUHHH!" (Or two!) Wobbuffet says.

"Happiny" (Or three!) Happiny happily says.

Jessie sighs and says, "Alright you two, return to your Pokeballs." and recalls her Pokemon.

"We could eat for two weeks without Wobbuffet around," Jessie says.

Meowth grins as he says, "Dis is great! We're outta da rain, sitting in a castle and eating like Kings!"

Soon, Team Rocket hears Tomo's voice, "It's super-nice of you to feed us like this, we can't thank you enough..."

And soon, Mew and the others enter with dishes in their hands.

Mew and Misty exclaims, "HEY! TEAM ROCKET!"

Team Rocket exclaims, ""HEY! THOSE FIVE TWERPY LITTLE BRATS!"

Meanwhile, Dr. Anna and Brock are in the hall, walking and talking.

"So, you're training to be a Pokemon Breeder?" Dr. Anna asks.

"Well, I had been until I met you today, Anna," Brock says, carrying Dr. Anna's belongings, "But now, I'm going to use my Pokemon in human medicine so I can work very closely with someone like you."

Suddenly, they hear James' voice, "Look out!"

Brock and Dr. Anna looks to see Team Rocket running away with the food they snatched.

As Jessie calls out, "Coming through!"

Dr. Anna calls out, "Excuse me, do you have an appointment?!"

Team Rocket stops in their tracks, and soon begins saying their motto.

Jessie:

We have no appointment, but we've been having some trouble!

James:

So prescribe us some ointment on the double!

Jessie:

To protect us from all that chafing and itching!

James:

It might finally stop all of Jessie's... complaining!

Jessie:

To eradicate the evils of athlete's feet!

James:

Maybe I can get rid of my prickly heat!

Jessie:

Jessie!

James:

James!

Jessie:

Team Rocket's been scratching at the speed of light!

James:

So give us some salve or we'll never sleep tonight!

Meowth:

Meowth, that's right.

Then Meowth says, "Hey come on you guys! Grab da grub and let's get outta here!"

Soon, they hear Mew's voice, "Hold it right there! Give back that food!"

"That's right! It doesn't belong to you!" Misty calls out.

"Pika Pika!" (We got you this time!) Pikachu calls out.

"Eevee Eevee!" (You're not getting away this time!) Eevee calls out.

"Don't you dimwits realize that possession is 9/10th's of the law?" Jessie says.

And James says, "At least in Food-Court!"

"If you want this food back, you're going to have to take it back, twoip!" Meowth says.

"Then that's exactly what I'm gonna do, Meowth!" Mew says.

Then calls out, "Go, Pikachu! You too, Eevee!"

"Come on, guys! Let's beat it!" Meowth says.

Team Rocket hops over a rope barricade.

Dr. Anna calls out, "Come back! Don't go down that hall!"

"This must be a shortcut to the exit!" Jessie says

"We'll be out in no time!" James says.

"Hold it!" Dr. Anna says, and goes after them.

Brock then goes after Anna, "No, Anna, wait!"

Both Mimy and Brock's Zubat follow.

Chasing Team Rocket Dr. Anna calls out, "You don't understand!"

But it's too late, Team Rocket soon falls into a trap door on the floor. Dr. Anna and Brock slide in as well with their Zubat close behind. When the rest of the gang arrive, the pathway closes off.

Mew calls out, "Brock!"

"Dr. Anna!" Misty calls out.

Everyone else calls out, "Where are you?!"

Down bellow, Dr. Anna, Brock, the two Zubats and Team Rocket continue to slide down through the trapdoor and find themselves in a basement dungeon.

"They have some nerve setting a trap like that!" Jessie says.

And James says, "We're the ones who have the patent on pit-falls! If we ever get out, I say we sue!"

Dr. Anna turns to Brock, "Are you all right, Brock?"

"As long as I'm with you," Brock says.

The two Zubat confirm their presence

Brock notices, "Look, Anna! Our Zubat is here!"

Mimi then points Dr. Anna to a light switch, and she directly turns it on.

"There's no way to climb back out," Dr. Anna says.

"It's completely sealed up," Brock says.

"Come on," Jessie says.

Yeah," James says.

Then Team Rocket tries to leave.

But Dr. Anna calls out to them, ""Wait! What do you think you're doing?"

"I'm tired of this place. We're leaving," Jessie answers.

And James says, "Maybe we can break into a NICE castle that isn't booby-trapped."

Meowth grins, "Arriveadoochi!"

Then Team Rocket prepares to run down the hall to the passageway.

"Stop! Please don't!" Dr. Anna calls out.

However, the three slam into the passageway that's actually a dead end, the hard way.

"Looks like, you just hit the wall," Brock says.

"I think it jumped out and hit us," Jessie replies.

Dr. Anna then says, "There's no telling what will pop up in a maze like this."

"A maze?" Team Rocket questions.

"So how do we get out, Anna?" Brock asks.

"With this," Dr. Anna says and opens her laptop.

"A computer?" Brock replies.

Dr. Anna calls out, "Mimi, Supersonic."

Mimi uses her attack, and a map of the maze comes up on Anna's laptop

Brock says in amazement, "HEY! You downloaded its Supersonic scan to your computer!"

James grins, "Cyber!"

"Unfortunately, Mimi's scan didn't cover the whole maze," Dr. Anna says.

Brock soon has an idea, ""I'll take care of that. Zubat, use your Supersonic, too!"

Brock's Zubat uses the attack, and is able to help Dr. Anna has a bigger map on her computer.

"Thanks, Brock," Dr. Anna says.

"See?! Their Supersonic Waves harmonized perfectly, just like WE do, Anna!" Brock happily says.

But Dr. Anna says, " Well...According to the computer, we should take the passage on the right."

Meanwhile, the nurse is helping Mew and the others find a way from where the trap door is.

"This castle has miles of underground mazes, they could be looking for a way out for days," The nurse explained.

"There's gotta be some way out," Mew says.

Then the nurse says, "According to this old map," and points to a specific spot, "There's one exit. Right here, in the middle of the woods."

Meanwhile, down in the maze, Dr. Anna runs into a snag.

"That's strange.," Dr. Anna says.

Brock asks, "What is it?"

"It looks like both routes are dangerous," Dr. Anna says.

James begins to panic, "We could all be trapped here for the rest of our lives!"

But Meowth grins and says, "Well dat's dat! Let's take a break and make a sammich!"

Meanwhile, Mew and the others are outside with the nurse, staring at a rock wall.

"The map says this is where the exit is," The nurse says.

"Yeah, but it's been all covered over," Misty says.

Mew holds a pickaxe, "Then we'll just have to dig it out!" then turns to the Pokemon, "Ready, everybody?"

The Pokemon agrees.

Back in the maze, Dr. Anna is still trying to find a way out while the others wait.

James yawns, I wish she would hurry up."

"What's da big rush? I'm getting tah like it down here!" Meowth says, feeling relaxed.

Both Brock's Zubat and Mimmy use Supersonic to help Dr. Anna finds the best way out.

Dr. Anna says, "I think this is gonna take a while. I can't find any exits."

Jessie grows fed up, "I'm not waiting any longer!"

"What else can we do?" James asks as Jessie stomps forward.

But Brock cries out, "That's not such a good idea! Wait!"

But Jessie continues forward, "I'm not afraid! She who dares, wins! That's my motto, now who's got the guts to follow me into the unknown?"

"WOBB-UH-FETT!" (I'm with you!) Wobbuffet says.

Along with Happiny, "Happiny!" (Me too!)

Jessie turns to them in surprise, "Wobbuffet?" Happiny? What are you saying? Do you want to follow me into the unknown?"

"WOBBB-UH! (Lead on!) Wobbuffet answers.

"Happiny!" (Let's go!) Happiny happily says.

Jessie feels happy, "Hoh! How touching... Alright, onward!"

"Wobb-uffet!" (TALLY-HO!)

Brock cries out, "JESSIE! NO!"

Jessie sets her foot forward, into the threshold of the passage way, but instantly a stone-wall lifts hr up and over, sending her flying backwards onto her head

Soon, the path on Dr. Anna's computer stops blinking, "Now I see! As one route's taken, the other route becomes safe to use."

"Wobbuffet!" (Now she says!) Wobbuffet says.

Jessie growls, "Hey! I thought YOU were the fall guy."

Happiny pats Jessie's bump, which makes her smile a bit.

Outside, Mew, Misty, and the others are working at clearing the exit. They are doing their best to dig the dirt out of the way.

Back in the maze, everyone continues forward, but Dr. Anna shouts, "Stop!"

Everyone comes to a stop as Dr. Anna's laptop shows what appears to be a dead end.

"That's weird. We should be able to keep going," Brock says.

And Dr. Anna says, "The computer says it's another kind of obstacle."

The Zubat, however, doesn't seem to be sure.

James whines, "I want to get out of here!"

"I say we shouldn't start looking to leave till all our food runs out! "Meowth says.

But Jessie says, "You do what you want, but I'm leaving. Are you with me, Wobbuffet? Happiny?"

"Wobb-uffet!" (All the way!) Wobbuffet says.

"Happin!" (Charge!) Happiny calls out.

With that, the three charge forward.

Brock calls out, "It's dangerous!"

"Of course it's dangerous! But not for me!" Jessie says, giggles.

Wobbuffet says, "Wobb-uffet!" (Nor for me!)

Jessie then grabs Happiny and pushes Wobbuffet, "Bon voyage, Wobbuffet!"

"Wobb-uffet!" ("Whoa, nelly!) Wobbuffet cries out and lands on his leg.

So far, nothing has been activated.

"It's all clear! Let's go!" Jessie happily says and runs forward.

However, a trap has been sprung, and squishes Jessie.

"It just hit me! The trap mechanism must be triggered whenever somebody walks across the floor!" Dr. Anna says.

"Wobbuffet!" (No kidding!) Wobbuffet says.

"It just... hit me, too!" Jessie replies, crushed.

"WOBBUH-FET!" (I see that!) Wobbuffet says.

Happiny then walks over and pushes the wall off of Jessie. Then gives her a kiss to comfort her.

A little surprised, Jessie says, "Wow. You're stronger than you look." Then picks up Happiny, "Thank you, Happiny, mama loves you." And kisses Happiny, making her happy.

Back above, Mew hits something while digging. Soon, everyone begins to dig.

"Hey, look!" Mew notices.

And finds a stone block, meaning they have found the passageway entrance.

Meanwhile, back in the maze, Dr. Anna sees something on the screen, bringing the group to a stop.

"Anna, do you see a way out?" Brock asks.

The two Zubat keep flying ahead.

"No, but our Zubat seem to!" Dr. Anna says.

"Yeah! This is great!" Brock happily says. And lets his imagination run away, "Now she'll finally realize that WE can be as perfect together as our Zubat are. I told you Doctor, I mean Anna, I told you that we could be a great team just like our Zubat."

Brocks' Fantasy:

Dr. Anna: I know you did, Brock. But it was just too wonderful, I couldn't believe you!

Brock: Yes, it is wonderful Anna, The most wonderful thing ever, and soon we'll look just like our Zubat.

They look up at the Zubat, which are dressed in tuxedo and wedding dress, respectively. Next thing we know, Brock and Dr. Anna are seen rushing out of a church, newly married. A collection of anonymous people in tuxedo's wave while Mew and the congratulate them

Ash: Congratulations!

Misty: See you at the reception.

Ben: Well done, Brock. Well done. You finally found your dream darling.

Brock: Well, we're...going straight to the honeymoon...but drop by and see us on your way back from the Johto League Competition…"

Reality:

Brock continues, "...I'll use our Zubat's Supersonic Waves to give check ups to you and Misty and Pikachu and Togepi and all of the Pokémon as well as our friends. And if I find any problems I can cure them using the treatments I'll learn from Anna."

Unknown Brock, everyone walks past him.

Impressed, James says, "Those Zubat certainly are talented."

"You said it!" Meowth agrees.

"Yes, and that's exactly why we're going to steal them." Jessie says.

The boys reply, "Oh?"

Then Jessie says to them, "You heard right. They ARE talented. And when we get out of here, those talents will earn us cold hard cash."

Soon, the group comes to a door.

"They found it! It's the exit! We can get out now!" Dr. Anna says.

Meanwhile, outside the door, Mew and the others have finished uncovering it.

"It's the exit to the maze, but the door's stuck," Mew says. "Okay, guys, come on! Let's push!"

Soon, everyone begins to push.

On the other side of the door.

Dr. Anna says to the Pokemon, "You did an excellent job. Thank you both."

But James natchez the two Zubat.

"What do you think you're doing?!" Dr. Anna demands.

"We're grabbing the Zubat and leaving!" Jessie says.

"And don't try to stop us!" James says.

"Wobb-uffet!" (Wait for me!) Wobbuffet says.

"Stop! Come back here with our Zubat!" Dr. Anna shouts.

That catches Brock's attention, and chases after them.

"We'll just let ourselves out, Doctor," Jessie says.

And James says, "See you!"

Team Rocket makes their escape, but only to hit the real exit door.

"Are you seeing new faces?" Jessie asks

"Wobb-uffet!" (Uh oh!) Wobbuffet replies.

Meanwhile, outside… everyone stops pushing to hear a strange sound.

"What was that?" Mew asks.

"I just, heard a big clunk on the other side," Misty says.

"Maybe it's Brock and the others?" Jen suggests.

"Then we'll just have to push harder," Tomo says.

But Molly says, "We pushed as hard as we could, but it won't budge."

"What can we do?" The nurse asks.

Suddenly, Pinco starts glowing, indicating one thing.

"Pineco, no!" Mew calls out.

And Misty says, "It's self-destructing!"

Everyone backs up as Pineco goes boom, providing both captured Zubat the cover they need to escape.

"Anna, I hope you're alright," Brock says, concerned.

"Yes. Thanks to you, I am," Dr. Anna says.

Brock chuckles, "Well, I try."

Soon, the two Subat approach their trainers.

"Hey, my Zubat's okay!" Brock happily says.

Dr. Anna is glad too, "So's Mimi."

The smoke clears to reveal the exit blown away, thanks to Pineco with the others behind it.

"Hey, Brock!" Mew calls out.

Misty happily calls out, "Anna!"

Brock and Dr. Anna emerges from the exit.

The nurse asks, "Dr. Anna, are you alright?"

"Yes, we're all fine, now," Dr. Anna says.

Brock turns to his Pineco, "Pineco, thanks for using Self-destruct on that door."

"Pineco!" (No problem! It's what I do.) Pineco says.

Misty peers into the tunnel, "Wow. It's so dark, you can hardly see in there."

"Pichu," (Sure is) Pichu says.

Then Mew wonders, "Hey, where is Team Rocket?"

"Weren't they in there?" Tomo asks.

Right on cue, Team Rocket wrangled both Pikachu and Eevee and pull them towards them

Misty cries out, "Pikachu!"

"Eevee!" Mew cries out.

Team Rocket laughs before appearing.

"If we can't have the Zubat, we'll settle for this," Jessie says

"Give me back my Pikachu and Evee!" Mew angrily says.

Then Wobbuffet suddenly appears, "WOBBBBBBUFFET!" (Not a chance!) making everyone fall over in disbelief.

That gives Team Rocket a chance to escape.

Jessie says, "Perfect timing!"

"Let's go!" James says.

Team Rocket makes a break for it as Piakchu and Eevee try to break free.

"Hey, look! Bottled Pika-juice! And Eevee-uh, juice," Meowth says with laughter.

Piakchu and Eevee cry out, "Mew!" (laughs)

James throws his Pokeball, "Weezing, use your Smokescreen!"

Weezing comes out and spreads its smoke.

Brock calls out, "Go, Zubat! Hurry!"

Dr. Anna calls out, "Mimi! Help blow that Smokescreen away!"

Both Zubats blow away the smoke from the area.

"Good work, Zubat!" Mew says.

Then Jessie throws her Pokeball, "Go, Arbok! Use your Poison Sting!" and Arbok comes out.

Brock calls out, "Zubat, use your Supersonic attack!"

Zubat releases soundwaves from his mouth at Arbok, confusing it, and makes Arbok fires the attack at Team Rocket.

Jessie panics, "Why's Arbok aiming at us?!"

"Supersonic's got it all mixed up!" Meowth panics.

Suddenly, Brock's Zubat begins to glow.

Brock calls out, "Guys, look!"

"It's evolving!" Misty says.

Soon, Zubat evolves into Golbat.

Mew brings out her Pokedex.

"Now, it's a…" Misty says.

Dexter says, "Golbat, the Bat Pokémon, the evolved form of Zubat. A Poison and Flying Type. It has four sharp fangs and emits Supersonic Waves more powerful than Zubat's.

Brock excitedly shouts, "Look at you now!"

Arbok soon shakes off the confusion.

Jessie calls out, "Quick, Arbok! Aim your Poison Sting at Golbat!"

But Brock calls out, "Golbat, use your Wing Attack!"

Arbok fires the attack, but Golbat blocks it.

Then Brock calls out, "Use Supersonic, now!"

Golbat uses Supersonic, causing Arbok and Weezing to be confused.

Brock cheers, "Great job, Golbat! You're awesome!"

Dr. Anna opens her computer, "Goodness! It's so powerful!"

The power reading on Golbat causing Dr. Anna's laptop to short out while Arbok and Weezing land on their trainers, causing James to drop the case Pikachu and Eevee are in, freeing them.

Later, at the castle, Dr. Anna applies a bandage to Brock's wrist.

"There. How does that feel, Brock?" Dr. Anna asks.

"It feels a lot better, thanks," Brock says. Then turns to Golbat, "Well, Golbat, I guess from now on, we'll be using your Supersonic to help Dr. Anna and her patients."

"I'm very impressed with how strong your Golbat is. I've never seen a Supersonic attack with that kind of power before," Dr. Anna says.

Brock starts daydreaming and says in thought, "Now Anna and I can work side by side, forever and ever."

"It's too strong," Dr. Anna points out.

"Yes, Our love is too strong, but look! We'll get..." Brock happily says.

But Dr. Anna says, "Oh, Brock. I'm sorry, I meant your Golbat's too strong…"

Brock soon crashes into reality.

Dr. Anna explains, "When I tried to measure the strength of your Golbat's Supersonic, it overloaded my computer! I've never a Supersonic that strong. I'm very impressed. Some Pokémon's powers aren't nearly so developed, let alone so soon after evolving. It proves you raised your Zubat well. I'm sure you'll make a great breeder someday."

"Yeah. Thanks, Anna," Brock says.

"Poor old Brock never gets a break, does he?" Misty replies.

Later, Mew and the others are bidding Dr. Anna farewell.

Mew calls out, "Thanks again!"

"So long!" Misty calls out.

Bye," Molly says.

"See you!" Jen calls out.

"Thank you!" Tomo calls out.

In tears, Brock calls out, "Goodbye, Anna!"

And soon, Mew and the others drag a heartbroken Brock along as they continue on. Dr. Anna, Mimi and the nurse.

Dr. Anna calls out, "Goodbye now!"

The nurse calls out, "See you!"

And so, after a dark and stormy night, the sun shines and Mew and her friends are back on the road. And so, after a dark and stormy night, the sun is shining and our heroes are back on the road. Too bad Brock didn't get the girl, but at least he got the Golbat. Better luck next time, Brocko!
