Pokémon Kyanite and Copper (Revised Version)

Although the road through the mountains had guardrails for safety, the turns are a bit sharp, making it a bit unsuitable for trucks. The slopes are a bit steep and there are signs that indicate that the mountain pass was prone to landslides. But, at that day, it was sunny, so there is no chance of rainfall that will cause any landslide. Rico, Jonathan, and their teams are fine with that, and they continue trekking through via the built road. 2 hours later, they are still trekking through, and they are not even one-sixth into the mountain pass. But still, they were determined to get through this challenging pass.

"Man, it's like climbing a hill," Rico commented in mild exhaustion while walking.

"You could say that again," Jonathan responded to him in agreement while walking. "I've been in this pass before, and back then, it was a rough road that was barely paved."

"Really?"

"Yes, but 6 months ago, the paving of this road was finished."

"Oh, okay then."

Shortly thereafter, someone from the distance called their attention, "Hello there."

Rico, Jonathan, and their teams got alerted by it, and they looked at the edge, only to see 3 Z.Z. Flyers with people on it. It was Blue Eye, one of the three admins of Societea, and her two grunts.

"Woah, what?" Rico commented to this.

"No…," Jonathan added in recognition of them.

Rico then looked at his older brother, and asked, "Wait, you knew them?"

Looking at Blue Eye, Jonathan responded back with a little bit of a serious tone, "Yes, we were enemies to each other."

"Wow, just like me and Red Eye," Rico thought in his mind in comparison.

Then, Blue Eye said to Rico in style, "You must be Rico, right?"

"H-How did you know my name?" Rico retorted back a bit harshly.

"Red Eye told me about you," Blue Eye replied back, "and you win against him, and had his Riolu, right?"

"Yes, I did, but that Pokémon is my Pokémon."

Blue Eye was upset by Rico's statement, responding back, "How dare you do that to him."

"Hey!" Jonathan, who couldn't be silent anymore, responded in intervention. "I heard from my younger brother that your fellow admin had tried to take Riolu from him, his Riolu!"

"Younger brother?" Blue Eye retorted back. "That kid is your younger brother?"

"Yes, and we were separated for more than 5 years," Jonathan replied back, "and we don't want to be apart from each other! And I won't let you have his Riolu!"

"Big brother…," Rico responded to this.

"Why you little…," Blue Eye retorted back in anger, "then we'll do it by force!"

She then called her Pokémon, a Beartic, an Ice-type, and it came out of its Poké Ball, and stepped onto the road with seriousness. Her grunts then called their Pokémon, two Scraggys, both Dark and Fighting-type Pokémon, and they both stepped into battle alongside Beartic.

"Wow, who are those Pokémon?" Rico asked.

He then pulled his Pokédex and pointed it towards Beartic first; his Pokédex then responded, "Beartic, the Freezing Pokémon, and the final evolved form of Cubchoo. An Ice-type. It can make its breath freeze at will. Very able in the water, it swims around in northern seas and catches prey."

"That was cool," Rico commented. "How about the other two?"

He then shifted his Pokédex towards one of the Scraggys; his Pokédex then responded, "Scraggy, the Shedding Pokémon. A Dark and Fighting-type. Its skin had a rubbery elasticity, so it can reduce damage by defensively pulling its skin up to its neck."

"Amazing," Rico commented once more. He then put his Pokédex back, and focused back to the battle.

"Rico, let's do this together!" Jonathan said to him seriously.

"Right," Rico replied with agreement.

He then grabbed one of his Poké Ball, and threw it while shouting, "Let's go, Piplup!"

Piplup then came out of its Poké Ball and stepped into battle with seriousness. But, it got a bit afraid of Beartic due to its size compared to Piplup's.

Riolu then simply stepped into battle because it had been on Rico's shoulder the whole time.

Jonathan's Greninja then stepped into battle and joined their side.

It was perfect three-to-three ratio in terms of number.

But, will Rico and Jonathan win against Blue Eye and her two grunts?
