On the third day of training in the volcanic zone, Kaidan encountered a new challenge. A massive creature emerged from the lava—a serpentine beast with scales that shimmered like molten metal. Its eyes glowed with fiery intensity, and its combat power was staggering: 16,000.

Kaidan instinctively raised his guard, his body tense. "Guess I'm not the only one tough enough to live here."

The beast roared, spewing molten fire from its jaws. Kaidan leaped into the air, narrowly avoiding the attack. He retaliated with a barrage of energy blasts, but the creature's thick scales absorbed the impact.

"Tough hide, huh?" Kaidan muttered, landing on a nearby rock.

The creature lunged, its jaws snapping shut inches from Kaidan's head. He countered with a powerful punch, aiming for its exposed underbelly. The impact sent the beast reeling, but it quickly recovered, coiling around him and tightening its grip.

Kaidan struggled, the intense heat from the creature's body searing his skin. His vision blurred, and for a moment, he felt his strength waning.

With a final surge of power, he delivered an energy-infused uppercut, shattering the beast's skull. The creature collapsed, defeated.
