Sung Jin Woo travels back in time and will know Kiruma Souichi, the previous chapter was just self-glazing. It's impossible that the MC of this fanfic is that strong. 

There's a somewhat plausible scenario. Sung Jin-woo doesn't care about Kiruma Souichi because in 2005, the zombie infection appeared in Japan, and the first dungeon in Korea emerged. About 3 hours later, it appeared across the country. 

In the current universe, dungeons haven't opened and only remain sealed until the chaos breaks out in 2018, after the snap [Tony Stark] because the energy from the Infinity Stones weakened the dimensional rift. 

Dungeon [1] disappeared because Sung Jin-woo killed Antares and the monsters in the dimensional rift over 25 years. 

On December 22, 2005, Sung Jin-woo was only saving people in Japan, but unfortunately, he couldn't find the mastermind and could only stop the spread of the infection. 

Sung Jin-woo used his power to view the memories of thousands of dead bodies in Japan and couldn't find any trace of Albert Wesker. 

~ If Solo Leveling were included in this fanfic, the MC and other living beings would gain access to mana in 2018. I don't like it because in 2005, Sung Jin-woo would become the strongest being on Earth. 

The Ancient One, who controls time, knows the past has changed because of Sung Jin-woo's actions in the future. 

The Ancient One doesn't intervene and lets it be because she doesn't have the power to oppose Jin-woo. Moreover, what Jin-woo is doing is to save the Earth from chaos.
