Chapter 3: Chapter three: Journey of warriors
"You are the reason for all of this, you are the reason for our doom!""The more I tried to escape my past, the harder it chased me. But there's no running, for the search for strength begins with confronting fear."
In a scene, Larious finds himself over a river of blood. He sees children drowning and screaming for help. He tries to save them, but he fails. Suddenly, he wakes up from the nightmare, seeing a black horse and combat gear in front of him. He runs away in panic, and at that moment, he meets a mysterious man who saves him from danger. The warrior tells him that he's heading down the wrong path, then pulls a dagger from his waist and tries to kill Larious.
But Larious fights back fiercely, though he is struck down by two powerful blows from the warrior, causing him to collapse to the ground. The warrior says to him, "Not bad for a kid like you " Larious stares at him in confusion, and the warrior responds, "Follow me from here." They continue their journey together, and the warrior offers Larious a powerful sword, telling him they're heading toward the "Dragon Cave."
The warrior says, "There are many types of savage beasts living in the kingdom, only the strongest soldiers can crush and battle them. These soldiers know their locations, and when you defeat them, you can extract powerful crystals from their bodies. And when you mix these crystals with your sword, you'll get a stronger weapon. But be careful, because even if you manage to get the crystal and mix it with your sword, its power requires a strong and sturdy body because it's difficult to withstand."
At that moment, Larious understands that there are beasts holding these crystals, and the warrior begins to explain the details of these monsters:

The two head toward a deep cave nestled in the mountains, where the warrior warns Larios, "This cave is home to the Fire Dragon. If you can defeat it, you will obtain its crystal, which will grant your sword immense power."
Inside the cave, the heat rises, and tongues of fire flicker along the walls. Suddenly, the dragon emerges, its massive body and flame-like wings casting a menacing glow. Its eyes burn with an orange light, and its roar shakes the cave, as if the mountains themselves were answering its fury.
Larios attacks the dragon with all his might, but its fiery breath forces him to retreat. The sword in his hands feels heavy, incapable of piercing the creature's thick scales. The dragon lashes its tail against the ground, causing a violent tremor that nearly brings rocks crashing down on them.
"Don't back down, focus on its weak points!" the warrior shouts, firing a sharp arrow toward the dragon's eyes. The arrow strikes one of its eyes, causing the dragon to roar in pain and attack more ferociously.
Summoning his courage, Larios charges at the dragon, taking advantage of its distraction. With a daring leap, he manages to strike a direct blow to its exposed underbelly, where the scales are thinner. The dragon cries out and collapses, but not before releasing a final burst of fire that engulfs the area.
The warrior saves Larios by pushing him out of the flames and delivers the finishing blow to the dragon. The creature lowers its massive head to the ground, and with its death, a glowing crystal emerges from its chest, radiating heat and power.
After the Battle
Larios picks up the crystal, feeling its heat burn through his hands, but it also fills him with a sense of strength. The warrior looks at him and says, "This is only the beginning. The path to greatness is filled with dragons, both literal and metaphorical."
The two make their way to a small village nestled in a valley far from the mountains. Upon arrival, they visit the workshop of an old blacksmith known for crafting magical weapons. The blacksmith works to fuse the crystal with the sword, causing it to glow with the color of fire, as if the dragon's power had been sealed within it.
"Your sword now holds the power of flames," the blacksmith says, "but it demands a strong body and an iron will to wield it. If you are unprepared, its power will consume you."
Despite his exhaustion, Larios feels that he has taken his first real step toward the destiny awaiting him. Deep inside, he knows that the journey ahead will only grow more challenging and perilous.
As they leave the village, they notice a bounty posted on the town's board. It reads: "A demonic soul wanted for execution by order of the King. Reward: 1,000 gold coins, enchanted weapon crystals, and a high-ranking position in the royal palace."
Larios clenches his fists in anger, his face burning with rage. Nearby, two guards are repeating the same claim aloud, adding their own mockery: "That demon child is nothing but trouble! He deserves to die!"
Without hesitation, Larios charges at them with incredible speed. In one swift strike, he slashes both their necks, their words silenced forever.
The mysterious warrior quickly pulls Larios aside and leads him to a nearby inn. In the dimly lit room, the warrior stares at him with stern eyes. "You need to control your anger. Acting recklessly will only lead to your downfall," he warns.
Larios exhales heavily, his fury barely contained. Then he murmurs, *"That church is the source of all my suffering. It's vile and
The warrior nods, his expression unreadable. After a pause, he says, "My name is Kimb. It's a pleasure to meet you, kid. But let me be clear—you have much to learn if you want to survive what's ahead."
As dawn breaks, the two mount their horses and set off toward an unknown destination. The wind carries a sense of foreboding, and Larios's grip tightens on his reins. The road ahead is uncertain, filled with trials and danger.
What challenges will they face on this perilous journey? Only time will reveal the answers.
"The question remains: Are we the makers of our own destiny, or merely pawns in a game far greater than we can imagine?"
