Transmigration; A Mother's Redemption and a perfect Wife.

Chapter 1: Chapter 01; Tang Fei's Transmigration

You could hear several gunshots raining through the tiny alleyway that ran through the tall buildings, Tang Fei took cover across the tall building corners. People who were walking through those streets hurriedly scattered away as that place was notoriously known for Feng dens.

She wasn't going to escape into the clean city where they could easily track her and that place was perfectly lit with street lamps.

Luckily, it was getting darker since it was at that month the sun set off at late hours. Even though the street lamps were lit, there were still dark shadows created by the tall buildings, and other corners were dark spots that didn't have street lamps, and some had malfunctioned; she could use them to take cover while escaping.

The streets were chaotic as everyone tried to run somewhere to take cover before the stray bullets hit them.

Accidentally, a bullet grazed through her shoulders roughly hitting her across the shoulders through the flesh. Lucky enough, it didn't bruise any bones, she hissed painfully halting while gazing at the files she was holding in her arms.

Blood began dripping down her arm, almost staining the files that were so sacred, and her life depended on it! This was her gate pass to freedom.

"Finally, I got the files..." She got hold of the files she needed to close this business deal, and in no time, this would be her last mission after doing this work for twenty-plus years. She was glad and more than ever, she had to be safe to complete the mission. Her man was waiting for her.

She carefully hid at the corner of a tall building and wrapped the wound before vanishing into the deeper ends of the alleyways. This place was dangerous and tricky with all types of traps, but she knew how to maneuver around it without alerting anyone or exposing her tracks.

Finally, she got over to where she had parked her Jeep and drove off the highway into the outskirts where the Imperial Garden was situated. This was a high-end community where only rich and prestigious families bought their pieces of land and built their huge family mansions and ancestral homes. The lands were also ancestral ones.

She drove through the main entrance gate after the inspection; she went through two more entrance gates before getting over to where she was headed.

At the entrance gate of Villa number 222, the guard at the gate slid the door letting her drive in as they knew her. She drove over and got into the compound; the villa wasn't that huge, but it was a fancy and cozy place where she felt at peace.

Yes, this was the place she had planned to retire and have her family! Yes, this was the place she wanted to settle forever with her man. She exhaled loudly, checking her wound; it wasn't bleeding as this had been a norm whenever she went on a mission, and with time, she had learned how to tend to the wounds urgently without delaying her missions.

She opened the Jeep door and hopped off with the files held tightly in between her fingertips looking relieved and happy about her achievements, she roughly closed the Jeep door before trudging into the mansion, she was wearing a tank top and a long overcoat on top, matched with leather trousers and black boots that wouldn't hinder her.

"Ah Yang, I have got the files and their various records, here they are, I don't think you would face any challenges from today onwards... Everything is all in here..." Tang Fei happily strolled over into the living area with a huge junk of files and notebooks that she had to submit to him by tonight.

"Good."

"You have done me proud..." He loudly clapped at her while gazing at her. That smile pasted on his face didn't seem like the usual smile but a sinister one with some cunningness.

She was slightly taken aback but thought maybe it was because she hadn't seen him for a few months now as she had been busy with this mission and people tended to change from time to time. She had gotten closer when another feminine voice echoed from the kitchen.

"Ah Yang...."

She called him do intimately and in an endearing voice. Tang Fei was surprised as she hadn't heard that kind of voice around Huo Yang for all these years! She doesn't recall him having a sister who had that voice.

"Ah Yang, who is that? Do we have guests at this hour?" Tang Fei turned her neck to the other side where the voice echoed from and it was a beautiful woman getting out of the kitchen carrying a bottled wine and glasses of wine. Tang Fei lightly frowned since she hadn't seen this woman and neither had they crossed each other's paths for all these years.

Who was she? What was she doing here at this hour, as it was almost 11 into the night? Since when did her man start allowing women into their home?

"I'm sorry Tang Fei... You are of no importance now, your work is done..." He received the files roughly tossing them onto the desk before getting the fruit knife and stabbing her through the heart on her chest directly.

The series of actions took roughly seconds and Tang Fei wasn't prepared nor anticipated that he would do this to her!

After not seeing her for months, wouldn't he even inquire how she has been? She was injured, wouldn't he even ask how the mission was? Why was it that the first thing he thought of about her was getting rid of her? Has she never been that important to him?

"Huo Yang..." Tang Fei hoarsely muttered, weakly going down onto the floor and holding onto her chest with the knife that had struck her. It was heavily bleeding and there was nothing she could do.

"Tang Fei, I'm not ready......,
