Transmigration; A Mother's Redemption and a perfect Wife.

Chapter 2: Chapter 2; You promise?

"Tang Fei, I'm not ready to redeem you at all, it isn't as easy as you think with those chips in your brain, with those several chips around your head that are difficult to deal with you would still pose an unknown danger, all in all, death is what awaits you, you should be glad that I have relieved you sooner than dragging your body along the years..." The man loudly sighed, not remorseful at all; everything he was saying was just emotionless words he had already prepared in his mind to justify his actions.

He had already predicted that this would be the outcome and he was prepared for it.

"But... But..."

"You promised me!"

"You promised!"

She spurted out a mouthful of blood onto the carpeted floor feeling heartbroken and disappointed.

Deep down, Tang Fei wondered why this man was this cruel to her. They had been together for twenty-plus years, and he could have told her the truth; she had worked for him for the last twenty-plus years, and she had done all the dirty business for him making sure that he had prospered, but why?

Why did he have to give her this kind of ultimatum? Why did he have to end her life? Why wouldn't he give her a chance to survive? Why was it like this? Who was he to determine her end?

"I can't keep you alive; you know too much to continue living as a normal human being in society; I can't watch you ruin everything I have worked hard for..." He mumbled, bending down and closing her eyes that were gawking at him in shock, " This is your fate; you should accept it; there's no future between me and you... I could only make promises for you to work for me willingly, without them, you wouldn't have put in any effort...." He stood up straightening his back before receiving the glass of wine.

"Geez! Why didn't you tell her you are already married and your kids are old enough to be parents? Sigh! Anyways, this was the only promise you could make to keep her within our reach...." When Tang Fei heard those words, she voluntarily gave up; the man had already married and had kids; if only she knew, she wouldn't have wasted all that time and effort to make sure he had risen.

The only thing she had at the moment, was hate and regret... She was carried away because of the false promises and nothing else; she closed her eyes as her consciousness faded away; yes, she regretted that she had made the wrong choices and betted on the person.

She regretted that her life had to end like that! She regretted that she wasted her entire life and time on him.

"Aarrrgg.... " A sharp pain rushed all through her head, making it heavy and confused; she roughly rubbed her head all around, tugging her hair while opening her eyes, and felt groggy and heavily lidded.

"Ss..." She hissed from that sharp pain wondering if she was going through the fire of hell! Her head was heavily throbbing, she felt weak and feverish.

"King of Yama, why pass me through this pain when you can just let me stay here forever? You didn't have to burn me immediately! You could have given me some allowance to rest before I could go through my trials! I have accepted my fate, don't be too cruel!" She hoarsely mumbled as her eyes regained sight even though it was a bit blurry.

But whatever greeted her was some iron bars in front of her, which she didn't expect to see; the place was slightly darker, and she wondered what was happening here and why she wasn't seeing any fire.

"Do we have to get locked up here too? Can't we just have a free room to rest in this hell to wait for our trials? She closed her blurred eyes and snapped them open.

"Mother..."

"Mother..."

"Please, can you not leave us?"

"Aren't we adorable?"

"Mother..."

"From now onwards, we will behave ourselves; we will always be good kids, Mother; if you say let's go north, we go north; if you say let's go south, we will go south!"

"Even if you punish and insult us, we won't say anything to Daddy! We won't report you!"

"Just don't leave us!"

We won't cause you any problems Mother... Please don't go away, Mother..." Those soft and panicked voices rushed through her mind and dragged her out of her pain and confused state. Those baby echoes were sad and pleaded as those eyes gazed at her pleadingly.

"Where am I?" She knew she was dead and should be surrounded by fire or other souls awaiting charges, but this was a bit strange. She was very much alive, and three kids were crying beside her, and the only barrier was the iron bars.

"Mother?" She felt like she was hallucinating.

"Mother? to these three adorable kids?" She just couldn't believe what was happening.

She abruptly closed and snapped her eyes open, gazing around the place, scrutinizing the entire place, trying to digest her situation; she was locked up inside a cage, her legs and hands tied up with a huge chain link.

Across the bars, she could see three kids begging her with tears and snort coming out of their nostrils and eyes. They could be four or five years old if she wasn't wrong.

"Mother..."

"We will be good!" She could hear those soft pleading voices.

"Aaah?" She didn't understand the kind of situation she was in, but at that moment, some owner's memories rushed into her mind, making her experience some sharp pains; little by little, she digested the owner of the body's memories, with every memory, she understood the situation she was currently in.

She was sold over to this man for business connections getting forced to leave her first love boyfriend, from the beginning, she had felt he was cruel and.......
