Chapter 172: Hidden Scenario : Mansion
As I touched the checkpoint marker I had ignored before, a familiar notification appeared in front of me:
[Checkpoint, your spawn point will be here]
Good. I could feel the exhaustion in my bones as I waited for my team to finish preparing. They were worn out, recovering from the chaos of running from explosions. While they rested, I stood by the checkpoint, calm and vigilant. Something was moving inside the mansion—a faint disturbance.
Lisa already escaped? Interesting.
"Captain, we ready," Rebecca called as she stood with the others.
I nodded in response, signaling them to follow me. Like a coordinated raid squad, we moved through the dark, twisting hallways of the mansion. Our footsteps were cautious, but our mission was clear.
Before we even made it very far, a screech echoed through the stairwell.
"MOOOOTTTHHHHEEEERRRRR!"
We all froze. The sound was chilling. A weak moan came from the shadows.
Lisa.
We exchanged uneasy glances. My heart sank as we saw her figure in the gloom—a broken, hunched figure in chains, her hair matted with blood and grime.
"Well, human experiment, such an interesting-looking lady," I muttered as Lisa dashed past us, her figure agile yet desperate. She didn't seem interested in fighting—just running.
"Captain, what is that?" one of the soldiers asked nervously.
"Lisa Trevor and an experiment gone wrong," I explained, my voice steady. "Stick together. Space yourselves about 1 to 2 meters apart. We're no longer in open terrain anymore. There are plenty of ambush spots here."
The team nodded. We started to proceed carefully through the dim halls, using flashlights to pierce the inky darkness. Every corner seemed alive.
Suddenly, Lisa came charging at us again, her movements erratic, wild. Her growls filled the air.
"Mooothhheeeerr..."
We quickly adjusted our stance. Lisa's behavior was unpredictable—part monster, part victim. It wasn't just fear anymore; it was madness.
"Captain, she's terrifying," Jill muttered as she aimed her weapon.
I readied myself. My energy blade was glowing faintly in my hand, powered by fragments of unknown energy sources I had scavenged. Before Jill could react, Lisa pounced, forcing me into a grapple. I tackled her back and she stumbled.
"Don't shoot! She's immortal. Rapid fire won't kill her thanks to her regenerative abilities. We'll need real firepower for this," I explained, drawing my energy blade, glowing brilliantly like a plasma weapon.
Lisa's eyes widened as she caught sight of the glowing blade, and she instinctively tried to run from me. Fear. Smart instinct. This blade was a weapon capable of melting stone.
I slashed the blade through the air, and the heat was intense. The wall ahead melted like butter as if exposed to a searing forge.
"Finally, she runs," I muttered, retracting the blade. But before I could process my victory, Jill grabbed my arm.
"WHERE DID YOU GET THAT BLADE?" she demanded, her voice sharp and fierce.
"So this is how you treat your superior, huh?" I teased, pulling my arm away from her grip.
"I found it in a rabbit hole when I was hunting things," I said smugly.
"Funny joke, Captain," Jill muttered as we continued to explore the mansion.
We ventured deeper into the mansion and arrived at the catacombs—a labyrinth of ancient stone and decay. The air was colder here, the silence was almost oppressive.
We came across many strange symbols and remnants of rituals. There, Lisa awaited, her body sprawled over an ancient sarcophagus. Her growl was loud and eerie.
"Mother..." she whispered.
"Your mother is dead, Lisa. Grow up and die already," I said coldly.
"Captain, you can't say that to your stalker," Jill snapped. I could feel her sass grating at me.
Before I could respond, Lisa's growl intensified. She lunged at us, and I managed to catch her midair. My muscles tensed as I threw her down into the underground tunnels.
"MOOTHHHHEERR..." she howled as she hit the ground.
"Captain, how cruel of you!" Jill said, startled.
I took a deep breath and solved the ancient puzzle nearby, leading us through a series of ancient mechanisms and traps until we finally emerged into a laboratory.
And standing there—waiting for us—was the unmistakable form of Tyrant.
"TYRANT," I growled.
"Yes, Jill, Tyrant. We know it."
Tyrant's monstrous form towered over us. His presence alone was enough to make the air feel heavier. As I stood there, I felt his presence lock onto me.
"You mean to harm me, don't you, Captain?" Jill said coldly.
Before I could respond, a sharp pain ripped through my chest. I coughed blood as I looked down and saw a massive claw pierce through me. My body was split in half before I could even comprehend what was happening.
"Tyrant..." I groaned, my body limp.
Tyrant let out a blood-curdling roar and stomped on my head as though I was nothing. His strength was absolute.
[You are dead. Restarting to checkpoint.]
I gasped as air filled my lungs. My body was intact. The checkpoint had returned me here, just outside the catacombs.
"Again...," I murmured to myself. "It can't keep happening like this."
I began conducting secret experiments. I injected myself with samples derived from the Alpha Queen Leech and other parasitic entities. Slowly but surely, I unlocked their secrets.
After several tests and injections:
[Queen Leech Complete Parasite]
I had used this to fuse with my body, granting me enhanced traits.
[Personal Attribute Obtained: Injury Time]
This was my saving grace—a personal ability that allowed me to stay alive for seven minutes even at death's door.
I reattempted the sequence again, surviving encounters and carefully timing my demises. When the Tyrant's claws came for me again, I activated this new power and shouted:
"SHOOT THE HEART!"
I could feel my body give way once again as I fell, but this time, my team followed through. Every single bullet they had was spent targeting the Tyrant's beating heart.
Tyrant let out a final groan and collapsed.
I was pulled back from the brink by Rebecca and Brad, their faces pale as they treated my wound.
"Captain... time is up," I muttered faintly, knowing that my body would no longer last much longer.
"Leave me... save Raccoon City. Save everyone."
The self-destruct sequence began. I closed my eyes.
The countdown started. My consciousness slipped as my vision went black.
I had gained so much but at what cost? My body and mind had become far more entangled with the powers I obtained. Now I was truly beginning to wonder: Was this worth it?
The final moments passed as my team fled to safety.
But my story wasn't done yet.
[You are dead. Restarting to checkpoint.]
I awoke once again. My body was stable. I could feel my body's newfound strength coursing through me as I decoded the final secrets of the Red Queen AI, analyzing parasitic samples and achieving greater power.
[The NE-α Type parasite Complete, Progenitor Virus Complete]
I injected myself once again and felt the rush of new abilities.
[Arche Body Lv. 3 > Lv. 10 (Maximum)], [Uni-mind Lv. 3 > Lv. 10 (Maximum)], [Ultra Instinct Lv. 8 > Lv. 10 (Maximum)], [Briareus Vigor Lv. 7 > Lv. 10 (Maximum)], [Hecatonchires Lv. 5 > Lv. 10 (Maximum)], [Hecatonchires Muscle Lv. 7 > Lv. 10 (Maximum)], [Primordial Gathering Lv. 3 > Lv. 10], [Bloodline of Olympians Lv.3 > Lv. 10 (Maximum)], [Metamorphosis Lv. 5 > Lv. 10 (Maximum)], [7 Element Sun Providence Meridian Scripture Lv. 1 > Lv. 10], [7 Essence Yin Yang Vacuum Lv. 1 > Lv. 10]
I hack into the Red Queen like before.
[Access Denied. Your authorization has been terminated by Umbrella.]
I insert the chip, and the computer begins rebooting. I gain the Eye of the White Queen, accessing critical data from Umbrella's test subjects, blueprints, and other files.
"Consider yourself in my debt, Wesker. When Resident Evil 4 and beyond happened, you should have been stronger than this." I transfer the data to the chip and prepare for my final action—finishing her off.
I punch the computer, then turn to leave, only to find Lisa stalking me again.
"Stop harassing me, sweetheart. You should've died with your mother."
"MMOOOTTHHHEEEERR."
"Don't make me do this." An energy blade appears in my hand, and I quickly deliver a swift, honorable neck slash. Lisa's head rolls as I carve her body.
[Type B Progenitor Virus Complete Mutation.]
I place my S.T.A.R. vest on her body and leave.
Once I reach a safe distance from the explosion, I can see the helicopter arriving to pick up the team—good. The mansion explodes behind me in a magnificent display. Now it's time to pillage the remnants in the nest.
I rush toward Raccoon City. The outbreak hasn't happened yet, but it's coming.
I hide in a nearby hotel and begin my own experiments.
I combine viruses, parasites, and other essential elements for my research into this disease.
I successfully create 2 strains:
Strain A: Strength BuffStrain B: Intelligence BuffStrain C: Vigor Buff
I inject these strains into myself. Moments later, I feel my body slipping toward death's threshold.
The pain is unbearable, worse than Wesker's torture. I endure as my body becomes enveloped in red lightning, skin burning.
[Stigma Obtained: Limit Breaker.]
[Vigor Lv. 7891234], [Attunement Lv. 4567890], [Endurance Lv. 6543210], [Vitality Lv. 2345678], [Strength Lv. 5432109], [Dexterity Lv. 8901234], [Intelligence Lv. 3214567], [Faith Lv. 7777777], [Luck Lv. 4444444], [Divinity Lv. 12345].

[Sindragosa Fury Lv. 1 > Lv. 3], [Imperial Luck Lv. 1 > Lv. 3], [Lover's Comfort Lv. 1 > Lv. 3], [Angel and Demon Fuse Lv. 1 > Lv. 3].
[Anomaly detected... randomizing and maximizing Stigma and Skills.]
[Energy Blade Lv. 1 > Lv. 50], [Deification Mode Lv. 1 > Lv. 50].
Evolution complete. Metamorphosis body and mind complete. However, the lack of soul energy renders evolution incomplete. I lose my ability to speak until the scenario concludes.
I pass out and sleep for 5 days. I awaken with no voice but thank my luck that nothing worse has happened.
I search for new clothing. My body has become more powerful, more alluring.
"I bet many Constellations would fall for this body."
"You're still using another body. What would happen if they saw your true self in the real world? Their sanity would shatter."
"That's true, Valtor. Thanks to Arche Body Level 10 and Limit Breaker, even with its maximum stats, I can surpass system boundaries. Limits are merely lines, not barriers."
"Thank you, God."
I wait for the outbreak. To pass time, I head to a bar—the place where all tragedy began. I become a regular, always wearing a hat, drinking, and eating.
I visit Kendo to order some custom weapons.
"This weapon—especially with modifications—is impossible to make without a blueprint," Joseph mutters as he eyes my hand cannon.
I browse weapons and discover something interesting: a compound bow. I point to it, and Joseph sighs.
"You want to buy that?"
I nod, and he lets me purchase it without arrows. I gather arrow materials nearby, crafting one ultimate weapon: the T-Virus Bane Arrow. One shot could instantly kill a zombie. After preparing my arsenal, I wait for the outbreak.
Finally, the outbreak arrives. I arm myself and prepare for battle.
I spend time training with headshots, making sure to stay sharp. Panic spreads as survivors flock to me, and I lead as many as I can toward the Raccoon Police Department. Once the survivors are mostly safe, I join the heavily fortified police station, now home to survivors and soldiers combating the outbreak.
The survivors have formed a makeshift camp, erecting barricades as they struggle with PTSD. Some blame the government, others Umbrella.
Before long, a mysterious hooded figure approaches me—capable of killing hordes of zombies and stronger than even the government troops.
"CAPTAIN!" Rebecca shouts. I pull my hoodie down, showing my face.
"CAPTAIN!" Several S.T.A.R.S. members recognize me.
I sign to them in sign language, signaling them to evacuate citizens through a safe path. My real army—the legitimate U.S. government—waits just outside.
We evacuate civilians, some of whom assist in fighting as Nemesis approaches.
"Star." Great, here comes Nemesis. His massive presence is ominous.
"Captain... we got company." I ready my Balrog, releasing energy that becomes a roaring flame, much more intense than before.
The moment Nemesis charges, I let out a powerful punch—Falcon Punch. My fist connects with his gut, and the resulting blast is enough to reduce his body to dust. The destruction is immense, shattering buildings and sending the city into chaos.
Balrog on my left hand breaks, and my left hand melts under the strain. I cut my arm with an energy blade, pretending the injury is nothing.
I proceed with my team as the explosions consume the area. The destruction is intense, but firepower ensures victory. Intelligence? It's no longer necessary when you can punch with the force of a nuclear bomb.
Now for the main course was when everyone reached the border. They began evacuating, but I stayed behind to save other survivors.
"Captain, we're coming with you." I saw no problem with that.
"Beware, tomorrow the missile will launch to erase this city to the ground. You should hurry to evacuate. General, call for us when your duty is done." A lieutenant handed me a radio. I nodded and headed toward Nest with the original Resident Evil 1 and 3 members. Where were Leon and Claire? They arrived but took a different route.
"Brother."
"Claire, you came."
After long chit-chat, we returned to RPD, only for me to detect another Tyrant. Shit.
"Captain, Tyrant."
"What the..." Leon's classic voice line as he saw Mr. X approaching.
Mr. X locked eyes on me as he came closer. I tanked his punch and sighed.
I gave him a light smack to the head—his body wasn't supposed to move like that. I grabbed his head and tore it from his body with ease, tossing it out of a nearby window and pushing his body down. I stomped on his chest and crushed it like it was nothing. Spencer must've sent someone but forgot to program them properly.
We reached the armory, and I took my Vulcan. Yep, the Nanobox.
"What is that, Captain?" Joseph asked. I stayed silent. Jill would probably lose her mind.
We proceeded into the sewers to find someone we desperately needed—Sherry.
"Stay away, I'm infected..."
"Come here. We're trying to save you."
"No, my parents would never trust people like you."
Before we could proceed, another Tyrant appeared—none other than William Birkin.
"Sherry!" I pushed her out of the way as Birkin lunged toward her. His G-virus breed would have been a problem, and I wanted to avoid another grotesque tentacle situation.
Birkin caught me and injected me with G. Everyone opened fire on him, and I was happy—it allowed me to regenerate my body.
I coughed and vomited out the G-embryo.
[User absorbs G-Embryo, restoring voice and regenerating hand.]
My hand returned, and I regained my voice.
"Well, well, well, partner. Your virus seems to have failed you. Umbrella has already taken so many things from you... don't worry though, Umbrella will be dead after this city is razed to the ground." My voice had a double timbre—deep, rumbling. Possibly an effect of Ultra Instinct.
"Let's go. We must go to the Nest to retrieve the vaccine. Survivors in the government camp need it. Anyone already mutated is unsalvageable. Sherry, your parents were stubborn. I already warned them to abandon their research. Look at us now—abomination and outbreak."
Before we could progress further, a sound of footsteps came. Ada appeared.
"Oh my... how do you know why I am here?" she asked.
"Next time, use less perfume. Your deodorant smells funny." I chuckled, and she gasped.
"Fucking idiot. You failed as a double agent. Pathetic."
We proceeded through the sewer, encountering abominations along the way.
"Smells like victory," I joked.
"Nice joke, Captain. Why are we moving through this place if there's a cable car nearby?" Jill complained.
"Why not? Next time you find yourself in places like this, don't be surprised. It's a first-time experience. You can swim if you want to go full immersive."
"Yughkk... uncle, this place is terrible. Can we hurry?"
"Depends on how fast you can keep up. You were supposed to stay at the camp."
"Arrgghh, you're lucky because you have government support."
"You're lucky you're my subordinate, or else..." I splashed sewer water at Jill, and she immediately went into rampage mode.
"THAT BASTARD!"
We reached the cable car. As we were boarding, Birkin came back for round two.
"Wow, such an amazing evolution, Birkin."
"SHEERRYYYYYYY!" I pushed Birkin into the sewer abyss and waved as he fell.
"Come on, partner. I don't want to kill you because you're a kid."
"Uncle, were you my father?"
"Before... after some unfortunate circumstances, we split up. Let me tell you what Umbrella was doing for personal and world benefit."
We made our way through the Nest, lying only partially about the truth. Upon reaching the cable car, I took the driver's seat.
"This is why our world is so messed up. There are viruses, parasites, and other experiments that abandoned human rights to be free. You should understand this, Sherry. You're part of an experiment, as is my own kid. He's safe with his mother or my ex-wife. I made them disappear from Umbrella's grasp to keep them safe. In the future, try to befriend him. He might be annoying, but you can punch him in the guts if I don't survive this expedition."
"What do you mean, Captain?"
"Birkin indeed created the G-virus, but I supported him to re-modify it. I'd rather die with my creations than live with the guilt of giving the world this burden. I know where the vaccine is, but your mother is the last obstacle in this expedition. So the choice is yours, kid. I would rather die with this city than live full of guilt."
As we arrived at Nest, three Tyrants appeared. Oh fuck yeah. I launched a jump kick at the middle one and sliced the other two down with my energy blade.
"Another obstacle, huh?" I muttered.

I delivered a Spartan kick to the door, triggering the emergency protocol.
[Intruder detected.]
I hijacked the main receptionist computer and deactivated the emergency protocol.
[User granted, welcome Professor Wesker.]
"I lost my cool there. You can rest for a while. I'll search for the vaccine in this Nest."
Before I could proceed, Annette appeared with her gun pointed directly at me.
"YOU RUINED OUR RESEARCH, YOU KILLED MY HUSBAND..."
She paused as she saw Sherry looking at her mother.
"Mother..."
"Sherry, YOU BASTARD. YOU USED MY CHILD AS A BARGAIN!"
I stayed silent, done with this generic dialogue.
"Annette, you should leave and restart your life with Sherry. Leave your husband to me. The missile will arrive in five hours to raze this city. You must choose: Sherry or your research. William already failed and turned into something he deserved."
"SO YOU ARE... THE NEWS ABOUT YOUR DEATH WAS THE LAST THREAD BEFORE OUR RESEARCH WAS RAIDED. THEY KILLED WILLIAM AND TRIED TO KILL ME... IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT."
"Even better. How many bullets did William swallow? Curious." I pointed behind us as William in Stage 3 evolution came into view.
"SHEERRYYYYYY!" William was targeting me. I fought him bare-handed in brutal combat, trading punches and street-fighting brutality.
I sent him flying toward the cart.
"Oops, destroyed the only escape. You should go to the great lift to escape. Ask Annette for the cure to clear her name or this will get messy. Go now!" I yelled.
They ran toward the camp while I stayed behind to battle William.
I summoned a massive energy greatsword made of fire.
"DIE, OLD FRIEND!" I swung it with devastating force.
The missile hit as we both exploded, consuming the city. Only dust remained.
From the ashes, I rise and walk away like it was nothing. I leave my RPD jacket behind and let it burn, then walk away as the day fades.
Captain Wesker is no more—now, only Albert Wesker remains. I create a new purpose and company.
My extraction point arrives, and I'm covered by someone I know—my little sister.
"You took so long."
"Traffic."
"Traffic my ass. Let's get the hell out of here." We leave, and I take one last look at Raccoon City.
As the city falls, only dust remains. Yet, from the dust, I arise—like a phoenix who swallows the god. We will meet again, people, but this time, someone will pay for what they've done.
"What will you do now, Wesker?"
"Russia. I need someone to pay for what they did to me." Alex stretches her hand toward me, and I look at her.
"What?"
"T-Virus and G-Virus... perfect."
"Spencer's order?"
"No. My interest." I give her a cold shoulder and pull out an apple.
"Not in a million years." Alex approaches me, trying to seduce me by unbuttoning her clothes.
"It seems you've become quite arrogant." I push her away, and the pilot tries to peek at my "sexual" act. I don't want any voyeurs here.
"Know your place." I look at the horizon and smile. The dawn has arrived, and I will be the one to rise from the abyss and bring light to it.

I sigh and begin to open my eyes.
I hear Kal'tsit meowing. I reach for her head and pet her, even though my body is currently buried under a pile of books.
"THERE IT IS!" I heard the cry of incarnation. Kal'tsit hissed and growled at them.
"Attack!" I immediately stood up, my face filled with anger. I donned my Fierce Deity Link Attire and Majora Mask.
[Majora Mask: Unknown Type Item that absorbs evil and induces evil into the user. Due to the user's lack of divinity, Majora Mask will become uncontrollable. The user must absorb evil to free themselves from Majora Mask's influence.]
[Anomaly Detected... Creating Bounty]
[Majora Mask Sacrificial Needs:
Human: 30,000
Monster: 500,000
Demon: 800,000]
I could feel my intrusive thoughts overwhelming me. I couldn't hold them back.
I glared at them through the comical-looking mask. They laughed at me until the last laugh was mine. I left them mutilated and broken, bare-handed, by my own hand.
I grabbed Kal'tsit, handed her the Bow of Apollo, and strapped her to my back as though carrying a child.
"Shoot. Enemy. All." Kal'tsit saluted me, and together we set out to hunt humans, monsters, and demons.
