After some time cleaning things up, Remuel had thrown Begona, Duke Elliot, and Chris to jail. Draxus had already woken up and is currently hanging around with Olivia, Lily, and Julie on Olivia's room. His body was still weak from the blood loss but he was pretty much able to handle things just fine. After the turmoil in the castle had ended, the king had forcefully made the nobles behave as they tried to hold off the execution of Duke Elliot. Currently, they're in the throne room where Remuel and Victorina was observing. "Has your injury there healed up?" Remuel pointed towards Victorina's left shoulder and asked with worry. "Yeah, I didn't expect you to be that harsh to them." Victorina stretched her left arm by doing a few rotations with it. "They deserve it, poisoning the royalty which caused Draxus to be heavily damaged. And they even tried to kill you all." Remuel turned his gaze towards the king as he faced the noisy nobles. "Silence! Are you defending the culprits who evidently caused treason?! Then join them in their execution if you want to defend them." The nobles were immediately silenced as if they wished to continue their lives. After the audience and announcement, the king deliberately brought strict words when it comes to the engagement of Draxus and Olivia. However, it didn't stop the nobles from spreading rumors that Draxus had brainwashed her. "These guys can be really annoying, this is why nobility sucks ass." Remuel let out a mutter which wasn't heard by anyone but Victorina. "Honestly going to hope that there's an overhaul on the positions of their governmental affairs." The nobles then left the throne room which allowed Remuel and Victorina to step forward and call the king. "Let's report to Serkyrio, King Oscar." They then walked through the halls but ended up outside Olivia's room. While walking down the hallways, Prince Oswald brought out a certain topic. "Hey Remuel, there's two maids that wished to change their position of serving you instead." Victorina who heard Prince Oswald's words turned her head and sent a sharp gaze at Remuel. But he ignored that sharp gaze and responded with a question. "By chance, are those the ones that were kidnapped on the dungeon?" Prince Oswald nodded, after they approached Olivia's room, which is actually on the way to the private discussion room they used, the king became curious on Draxus's state. "Is Draxus fine? We should really apologize and thank him for his bravery to face the poison for us." Prince Oswald added more to that feeling of gratefulness. "I honestly can't believe it... He used one of the most dangerous fortune cards he has just to stop us from dying." Remuel then turned his gaze to the door. "He definitely did that for Olivia-hime. He's the type that will do great things for those close to him after all." Remuel cleared his throat and raised his voice a little. "He's most likely enjoying his quality time with his harem in there but I'll ask just in case." While grinning, Remuel knocked on the door and asked. "Yo Drax, you good?" Draxus, from inside the room shouted to the point where it could be audible to the others. "Fuck you Remuel! You're coming down with me as fellow harem king!" But seeing as he got countered, Remuel twitched his eyes before turning his gaze to the king, prince, hero, and Victorina. "See? Considering that he's active enough to shout and diss me, he's good." Victorina and Ulysses laughed a little in their bizarre exchange, while the king and prince smiled a little. After some time, Draxus actually left the room while carrying a large scythe. The handle was somewhat curved as two black stone concave rods were making a small space at the center. At one end of the handle, on the concaved side was a large silver blade with a gentle curve. It was detailed nicely with red tinges of blood and fire in it. "Here's your new weapon, I haven't began on the trident yet so feel free to practice with this. There are two things that I added in for you, one of which is the slug shot that you wanted from [RWBY], it can be activated by pouring your mana in it. It will fire concentrated mana that will be as powerful as our guns. Don't worry about it breaking since I made it with obsidian and mithril." Prince Oswald and King Oscar gulped on the design of the weapon that is meant to be menacing. "So you're saying, this can withstand my fire infusions?" Draxus smiled and answered him. "It's obsidian after all." Ulysses examined the weapon carefully from behind the king and prince while letting out interested sounds. "Hey Drax..." Remuel's eyes started turning similar to dead fish. "Serkyrio's weapon... What materials...?" Draxus looked up to Remuel with dead fish eyes. "Obsidian... Mithril... Orichalcum... And Onyx gems..." The king, prince, and hero were shocked on the eyes of Remuel and Draxus. Ulysses then asked them. "Just what is scary about Serkyrio's weapon?" Remuel and Draxus placed their hand over his shoulders. "You don't know what we faced." After some time explaining how harsh the three-sectioned staff is to Ulysses, Draxus returned to Olivia's room and enjoyed quality time. Remuel's group went towards the discussion room that they used.

Remuel took out his phone as the two maids that requested to serve him started cleaning the room. The black haired maid was named Lynx while the gray haired one was named Noelle. That named caused Remuel and Victorina to choke on their tea a little after he heard it. "What's wrong?" The king asked them which Victorina answered in his stead. "Just coincidences with our old world." Remuel finally messaged Serkyrio and Arlesk if they are available for conference. Arlesk showed no response while Serkyrio made a reply. Remuel called for Serkyrio which was answered immediately. "Is there something you have to report?" Serkyrio's voice came through the phone. "Yeah. Earlier, the king and the prince was poisoned. I had to contact Draxus to heal them with his fortune card and it damaged him close enough to kill him." Serkyrio listened to Remuel's report while asking some questions. "Who are the culprits?" Remuel answered all his questions one by one. "The culprits are Begona Wallowhart, Duke Elliot Herlon Scatherion, and Chris Jefferson." Serkyrio let out a [Knew it] kind of voice and asked another question. "What was the poison used and how did they manage to integrate it?" Remuel tried to recall the events and answered accurately. "They used hydrochloric acid and got it frozen into ice cubes. They even risked themselves but since they knew that, they likely drank it before it got frozen." Serkyrio finally then asked one last question to him. "What will happen to them?" Remuel smiled and gave an answer immediately. "They'll get executed." Serkyrio then brought up a topic that none of them should ignore. "I got your report but, I've been hearing rumors about us manipulating the royal family. Be on your guard and try to avoid meeting them in public. The nobles and citizens will become suspicious of your behavior and they'll likely start a riot. It's set that it will happen eventually but just ensure that you guys got enough info of the magic circle and make a copy that won't activate. That way, we don't have to worry about showing our faces to the nobles and citizens that could get us in trouble." Remuel affirmed that and hung up the call. "Report complete, as you have heard, there are a large amount of rumors that can no longer be stopped. But, King Oscar, if the people begin a riot, please act for the people instead of giving us favoritism. That way, we will be able to avoid a coup d'etat." The king nodded to Remuel's words and they finally got a chance to rest.

Everyone had already went to their rooms to get some rest. Remuel was waiting for a chance to make a move as he looked around the area. He even used the [Amalgam of Destiny] to doublecheck if there are any other people nearby. He scanned the entire interior of the castle to triple-check. He then entered Victorina's room nervously. "Yo..." Remuel walked towards the balcony and saw Victorina looking up at the sunset. He stood next to her and admired the view as well. "Did you need something?" Remuel turned his gaze to her and replied calmly. "Well, just checking on you." Victorina turned her gaze towards Remuel and made eye contact for a second, she then turned back to the setting sun. "You were really mad earlier... I honestly never expected you to do that to Elliot..." Victorina was smiling a little to his actions. "Thanks for protecting me..." She turned her head away from Remuel and hid the small blush that appeared for some time after saying those words. "Victorina..." Remuel took out a large necklace with a pendant of a book that looks similar to Remuel's [Amalgam of Destiny]. "What is it?" Remuel moved behind her and wrapped his arms around her neck, he then pulled his hands as if placing the necklace. "My family knows a master craftsman so I had him made this... So far, I'm only able to enchant it with [Amalgam of Shadows] and [Amalgam of Revelations]. But it's more than enough to protect you in the future." Victorina blushed as she held the pendant on her hands and stared at it. She muttered words that wasn't even audible to Remuel. "Beautiful..." Remuel then stood next to Victorina once more while smiling. "Do you like it?" Victorina turned her gaze to him and gave a gentle, happy smile unlike her usual calm behavior. "Mhm, thanks Remuel. By the way... With how you dealt with Elliot... Seems like you got really mad for me...?" Remuel who realized his actions only let out a dry laugh while scratching his head. "It's because... I love you Victorina." Victorina's eyes widened and blushed heavily to the sudden confession of Remuel. She ended up hitting him with a fist but Remuel simply brushed the blow. "I-Idiot..." Afterwards, both of them sat down on the chairs as Victorina leaned her head on Remuel's shoulder while they focused their gazes at the sunset.
