Pokémon Kyanite and Copper (Revised Version)

Looking at Prinplup with amazement, Rico said to himself, "Woah, Prinplup…"

He then pulled out his Pokédex and pointed it towards Prinplup; his Pokédex then responded, "Prinplup, the Penguin Pokémon, and the evolved form of Piplup. A Water-type. It lives alone, away from others. Apparently, every one of them believes it is the most important."

"Wow, amazing," Rico commented. He then put his Pokédex away in his pants pocket, and focused back to the battle.

Blue Eye was angry at this.

Then, Jonathan said to Rico, "Rico, your Prinplup had just learned Hydro Pump."

"Woah, really?" Rico replied back to him. "Did you see it?"

"Yes."

To that, Rico thought to himself, "No wonder it dissipated Beartic's attack."

Then, Rico looked at Prinplup and said to it, "Wow, Prinplup, you grew up so fast."

Prinplup then responded with a little bit of pride.

Clenching her fists in anger, Blue Eye responded to this, "You're so lucky. We could've had the advantage!" Then to Beartic, "Beartic, use Ice Beam!"

Shaking the water off its body, Beartic used Ice Beam, striking Greninja, Riolu, and Prinplup with an icy beam of energy.

"Quickly, dodge it!" Rico and Jonathan simultaneously commanded their Pokémon.

Riolu, Prinplup, and Greninja then quickly dodged Beartic's attack.

"Then use Focus Blast and Hydro Pump!" Rico commanded Riolu and Prinplup.

"Use Acrobatics!" Jonathan commanded Greninja seriously.

Riolu, Prinplup, and Greninja then used Focus Blast, Hydro Pump, and Acrobatics at the same time, striking Beartic with good effectiveness. As the dust and smoke clears, Beartic got defeated, ending the battle.

"Wow, did we win?" Rico asked in stunning amazement.

"Yes, we did," Jonathan responded to his question.

Angered by this humiliating defeat, Blue Eye called back her Beartic and said to Rico and Jonathan, "We'll report this to Red Eye and Purple Eye!"

Having said that, she and her grunts retreated and fled the scene.

After that, Rico and Jonathan ran towards Riolu, Prinplup, and Greninja, and Rico said to them, "Riolu, Prinplup, that was awesome out there."

"Greninja, you did a great job," Jonathan said to Greninja.

Riolu, Prinplup, and Greninja then responded in feeling being appreciated.

After that, Rico looked at Jonathan and said, "Big brother, let's find that Pokémon Center in this mountain range to rest up for a while."

Jonathan then nodded positively. "Sure."

And so, he, Rico, and their Pokémon resumed their trek through the mountain range to the nearest Pokémon Center.
