Canary stopped at the exit door and she turned to look at him.
" I will leave now, Take care of yourself.." she said.
" Hmm.." Canary murmured and then walked away.

When Lisa finally returned to her room, the quiet of her home felt strange after the turmoil of the day.
She moved mechanically through her routine, changing out of her clothes and sitting down with a cup of tea. But her mind kept drifting back to Canary.
The image of him sitting alone in the hospital corridor, broken and vulnerable, wouldn't leave her.
His pain was raw, and she could feel it echoing in her own heart. She kept replaying the moment when he cried in her arms, wishing she could do more to ease his suffering.
Her phone buzzed with a message, but it was just a work update, nothing important.
Lisa sighed and set it down, staring out the window, the weight of everything settling in her chest.

The following morning…
Camilla had received the news the previous night but didn't have a chance to go there to check on the Andersons.
Even though Canary had broken her heart by choosing Bianca over her, Camilla was still the Andersons Group secretary so she found it needful to go and mourn with the Andersons family for the loss.
Canary and Lucy had returned back to the mansion with Alexander's body and mourning was going on.
Lucy and Canary stood near the entrance, greeting the visitors with strained smiles, offering quiet words of thanks to each one.
It felt like an endless stream of people, all there to honor the man who had meant so much to so many.
Canary barely registered the faces around him. His mind was still clouded with grief, and the formalities felt like a blur.
Lucy, though tired and broken, kept up her composure, speaking to everyone with grace, her voice steady as she thanked them for coming.
Among the mourners were several people from Andersons Group, their presence a mix of respect and professional obligation. Some of the company's senior executives expressed their condolences, offering Canary a firm handshake or a brief hug, but their words seemed distant and hollow.
Despite the crowd, Canary felt incredibly alone, the weight of his father's death pressing in on him harder than ever.
Lucy stayed close, her arm around him, but even her warmth couldn't fully dispel the isolation he felt in the sea of strangers.
Here's the continuation where Camilla also arrives to mourn:
Amidst the flow of mourners, a familiar face caught Canary's eye.
Camilla stepped into the mansion, her presence commanding attention despite her quiet demeanor. She was as beautiful as he remembered, her dark eyes filled with sympathy and sorrow.
Her expression softened as she approached him, and Canary couldn't help but feel a twinge of discomfort mixed with nostalgia.
"Canary," she said softly, her voice carrying a hint of warmth and concern. "I'm so sorry for your loss."
Canary's heart tightened at the sight of her. The last time they had spoken, things had ended on painful terms.
He hadn't expected her to show up, and yet, there she was—someone from his past offering her condolences in the present moment of his grief.
"Thank you," he replied quietly, his voice distant. "It's been… overwhelming."
Camilla gave him a gentle nod, her gaze lingering on him with unspoken understanding. "I can't imagine what you're going through right now. But I'm here if you need anything, Canary. You don't have to go through this alone."
Lucy, noticing the exchange from across the room, gave Camilla a polite smile before turning back to speak with another guest.
She didn't comment on Camilla's presence, but her eyes followed her as she made her way over to Canary.
It was clear Lucy understood the history between them, but she said nothing, allowing the moment to pass.
Canary looked at Camilla for a long moment, his emotions swirling. Despite the months and the breakup, he couldn't deny that her presence was a comfort in this moment of chaos.
——
Regina, Canary's ex girlfriend was still in Town A when she received the news about Alexander's death.
She had had to plans of going back to Annertoz to get Canary back with her but still stuck with some work issues but now that Canary had lost his father she needed to be there.
That very evening she resigned from her work and got a flight to Annertoz. She had decided to give it time but now she thought it was the best opportunity to get Canary back.
——
Back to the Andersons Mansion, Most of the guests were departing when Lisa came with Simon, Nicky, and Dan to pay their respects.
The somber atmosphere was heavy, and Lisa's heart sank as she took in the scene.
They walked to Lucy and then Canary who was standing near the entrance, his expression distant and weary.
When their eyes met, he gave a faint nod of acknowledgment.
"I'm so sorry, Canary," Lisa said softly, her voice filled with sympathy. She placed a hand on his arm. "We're here for you."
Simon, Nicky, and Dan lingered behind her, After paying their respects Lisa wanted to be there for Canary but realized that he had a number of guests so she decided to leave them.
Later that night, Camilla had just got into her bed at 10pm.
