The Village Disciples

Currently, A village that was known as Asahi is burning to the ground. As a result of a planned raid, the village's warriors were killed, the citizens were burned along with the buildings, and the surrounding village walls were blown to pieces. Except for one warrior who was still alive.

A man can be seen inside a dark room that's supplied with nothing but a dim ceiling light. Chained to a metal chair, chains wrapped around his legs. Keeping them stuck to the chair's legs, his arms are also tied behind the chair's back. Then the man begins to wake up, seemingly from being knocked out previously. 

*CREAK*

A door could be heard creaking open, then shutting shortly after. The chained man can only conjure up a dark humanoid figure, footsteps can now be heard. Getting louder and louder, the dark figure now growing in size as it travels closer. Slowly walking into the light.

"Have a nice rest?" The mysterious figure asked in a calm and questioning tone, who's also now standing in the light. Showing the man his features, it was a man with brown hair, dark green eyes, along with wearing a cloak with red streaks going down the sleeves. "I see you're awake enough to gander at me since that's the case. Let's get started, shall we?"

A chair that's identical to the metal chair occupying a chained captive appeared, seemingly coming out of a fire that randomly appeared, then the brown-haired man took a seat in the newly added chair.

"W-where am I?" The chained man asked in a husky voice, drained of any previous energy he had.

"You're currently in a little (not so little) village known as Furusato!" The brown-haired man giddily announces. "The name is Regashi, what's yours?"

"H-heiki Shototsu" The man now known as Shototsu answers.

"Eh, it would be easier to call you Shoto, is that okay? Awesome, moving on. You have something I need, hence why you're not dead. Yet, depends on your response." Declares Regashi in a new and serious tone. 

"What could I have that you need?" Shoto asks in a doubtful and inquiring tone.

"your abilities, you are an elemental. Aren't you?" Responds Regashi, now also asking a question.

"Y-yes?" Shoto nervously replied 

"Perfect, now. Onto the crucial part, are you willing to surrender your power and work under A new king, one that can supply you with unimaginable power? Also, one that can keep you alive?" Regashi interrogates, confusing Shoto. 'Till he looked down and spotted a decently sized hole in his chest, dried blood surrounding it. Staining his skin.

Shoto gasps and began to file through his memories, hoping to remember what happened. After a while of thinking and Regashi patiently waiting, Shoto remembers.

FLASHBACK

*BOOM*

Every surrounding building was caught up in the explosion, the three invaders can be seen disappearing by flames transporting them away. Courtesy of Imawashiki.

In a now-destroyed village, a warrior with scraped armor can be seen crawling out of debris, then looking all around.

"I need to leave!" exclaimed the warrior, then starting to run to the edge of the village. Just as he was about to leave the village, a root impaled him through the chest. The sound of footsteps are now present,

"Sorry, but we can't let any more people escape and rat on us."

"I-I was stabbed through the chest by something popping out of the ground, was that you!?" Demanded Shoto, now fuming with anger and curiosity.

Regashi then snapped his fingers, pain then began to spread throughout Shoto's chest. Apparently reawakening the wound. Shoto Began to grunt and shake in pain, rattling the chains that are bounding him to the chair.

Regashi then stood up and wagged his finger like a disappointed parent, "tsk, tsk, tsk. Now was yelling at me such a good idea? Who is the one chained up, injured, and helpless? Certainly not me." Regashi practically bragged, rubbing in the fact it really is Shoto who was helpless and weak.

"Arghh! Turn it off, turn it off, turn it off!" Begged Shoto, who's now really feeling the pain of the hole in his chest. Regashi only smiled and asked,

"You never answered my question from earlier, don't make me repeat myself." 

Memory

"Perfect, now. Onto the crucial part, are you willing to surrender your power and work under A new king, one that can supply you with unimaginable power? Also, one that can keep you alive?"

'Shit, I don't have much of a choice here, do I?' Shoto thought to himself, then began processing the current situation and then speaking up, "Fine, j-just take the pain away!"

BURUAN VILLAGE

Just as Tanjo started walking home from school, he spotted Nozomu standing in front of him. Confused as to why he's at his school, Tanjo walks up to him and decides to talk.

"Why're you here?" Tanjo starts the conversation by asking a question.

"I came here to ask you something, and besides. I just came from a corner store," answered Nozomu,

Just as Tanjo was going to respond, the school doors open once again. Instead of a leaving student, Ms. Manabu walks out, holding a cup of coffee. As she walks out, she notices an older male talking to a student on school grounds. deciding to make sure everything is fine, she goes up to the two.

"Hey, hey, hey! How are you guys doing?!" Ms. Manabu asks with visible excitement and curiosity. 

Nozomu and Tanjo turn around and see the school's principal walking towards them, once again. Confusing Tanjo on random appearances, 

"I was just picking up this brat from school, Miss," Nozomu responds to Ms. Manubu politely 

"Ohh, are you the father of young Nozomu?" Ms. Manabu ponders, confused by the fact they don't look genetically identical. At all.

"He isn't my actual dad, just someone who took me in." Tanjo retorts, noticing the confusion. 

"Ah, gotcha. Just wanted to make sure everything is alright, also. One final question-" MS. Manabu announces, before turning to Mr. Nozomu, "- Are you Kaminari Nozomu?"

Hello! I am back and finally finished chapter 11, I've been wanting to introduce new abilities for a while and now I finally got the ball rolling with 'elementals'
